At Priyanshi Jalan, all sales are final. We uphold a no returns or exchanges policy across all orders, including domestic and international, for both ready-to-wear and custom-fit garments. This ensures each piece you receive is kept in pristine condition and tailored specifically for you.

Permitted Alterations

We recognize that exceptions may occur. Thus, we offer alterations under these specific conditions:

1. The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. The wrong product is delivered.
3. The fit of the garment deviates from our provided style guide.

To request an alteration, please send us a detailed email including images of the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Following receipt and inspection of the garment, Priyanshi Jalan retains the right to determine eligibility for alteration. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with original packaging.

Sizing Guidance

Our size chart is designed to help you find the best fit, factoring in several inches of ease for comfort. We advise consulting this guide before purchasing. Custom orders are based strictly on the measurements you provide; discrepancies due to inaccurate measurements may incur additional alteration charges.

Color and Fabric Variability

Please note that slight variations in color and texture may occur due to digital representation and natural fabric treatments. These variations do not qualify as defects.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Each piece is crafted with care, tailored to the specifications of our customers.

Promotional Sales

Discounts and special offers are valid for a limited time and apply only to specified merchandise. Items purchased on sale are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or alterations.

Shipping Information

Priyanshi Jalan does not provide Cash On Delivery services on orders requiring delivery outside of Kathmandu and Lalitpur, Nepal. All orders require prepayment. We cover all domestic shipping costs, whereas international shipping fees are calculated at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
